kbox's first day for me :D

355th post ! :)

dressing up can be so much of a hassle,
everything could be a hassle too ;
but if it's done for a true friend,
or to learn some valuable lessons -
why not ?

FRIED SCHOOL DAY!
today was really a bad day with a good ending.
i was so late for school, deciding what to wear until -
i got carried away with time and left the house
with my room messed up with clothes.
it's all because i wanted to look presentable for -
the party of daryl's, it's his nineteenth after all :D
(the birthday was celebrated in advance,
actual day is 29th april - but no time due to school schedule)

anyways, just because i didn't want to be late -
i took a cab down to school ;
from my home to singapore polytechnic gate 8.
it was sure a long distance but still, i reached before 10 -
how lucky can i get ! i was early :)
dr chia need not mark me absent !
unfortunately during the process, i had no money in hand -
and paid $11 instead of $16.25, sweet driver !

(shan't talk about the lunch with my parents,
it was kindof bad as well, in my opinion)

THE PARTY GOT STARTED!



later after that, the daryl's kbox party was on ! :D
and we had a jolly good time there.
one was, i finally sang aloud to let people hear after 4 years
of not bothering to sing to anyone for a personal reason.
and hey, i believe i didn't sound that bad.

perhaps, you can ask the people who heard me sing :)



the birthday cake part was nice,
and i officially love cakes from the cheesecake cafe ! :)
it rocks man, and remember REGINA !
i want my strawberry oreo cheesecake next year,
may change my mind - but for now, that cake !
IT LOOKS REALLY NICE !

so we sang the way through,
with an almost-way-beyond-budget bill of $100.22 !
counting the amount of money to pay,
sucks, seriously.
